Institutionalized Discrimination.

People does not like to be called a discriminator. However unintentionally discrimination happens every where in the society. This happens because of the fact that people live with different cultures that generate different values. So these two contradicting evidence of human life is all right as long as it is not enforced into institution policy especially if it is done directed to some group of citizen in one nation by the Formal Government. Unfortunately this Institutionalized discrimination still happens today. For example, one Country in South east Asia still has a law stating that only certain group of citizen is eligible receiving abroad Scholer ship. Another Country has their laws that always indulges the higher social group of people. The leaders of those Counties forget they are saying: "We are governing on behave of all the people of this Country". Well to those we would suggest: " Remember your promise, be honest and keep high your integrity." Ernest Hemingway wrote: "The first chapter of the Book of integrity is honesty."
